Editor’s Note: This review was originally published during my adolescence. Outdated language might be seen  in these old posts. Since then, my thoughts and values have grown. This review is being presented as they were originally written, grammatical errors and typos and all. Because to do otherwise would be that same as claiming these flaws has never existed.

BACKSTORY: Saturday March 7th I go to a screening of Home, and since it was early I wanted to watch another film, so my screening friend and I walk into Unfinished Business. I mean low rotten tomato scores doesn't keep me from watching comedy. I like Taken 3 and everybody hates it, but UUUUUGGGGGHHHH WAS I FUCKING WRONG!

STORYLINE: A hard-working small business owner and his two associates travel to Europe to close the most important deal of their lives. But what began as a routine business trip goes off the rails in every way imaginable - and unimaginable.

REVIEW: To be honest, I was expecting a Hangover rehash, because I personally like that type of style of comedy. Everybody does stupid shit and leads to comical adventures, but here this movie is (I didn't want to say this ever in my life) a honeypot. Yeah I used a "The Interview" reference. This movie leads to think you think you'll get the raunchiest comedy of the year, but comes across as an unfunny, unfocused, and most of all juvenile type of comedy. Vince Vaughn is doing the same schtick over talking fast and try to shell out jokes throughout the whole thing. Tom Wilkinson starts off as being amusing but his sexual gags wears out 10 minutes after he's introduced. The only "saving" grace is Dave Franco who plays a mentally challenged character who isn't playing it offensively, but actually innocent and adorable. BUT THE THING ABOUT THIS FILM THAT KILLS ME IS THAT THIS SHIT IS BOOOOOORING! The film is too quiet and the little score they have is the rip off Seinfield beat drop. When it tries to be serious and sweet, it feels extremely out of place that it feels like a very different movie. I would have been reasonable with this film if it was PG13, but the countless scenes involving penis' and boobs are just offensively disgusting.

LAST STATEMENT:  Unfinished Business is as shitty as a man who starts preaching you about life, but then immediately tries to entertain you by dangling keys in your face and you're sitting there idly simply getting pissed wanting to fucking punch him in the face.
